Hi! My name is Lauren Kubat. I am a Personal Growth and Confidence Coach for women who experience constant self-doubt and a dreaded fear of stepping outside of their comfort zone.
Using mindset and strategy, I help women change their inner dialogue and enhance their confidence so they can conquer their goals, form a deeper connection and understanding with themselves and others leading to a healthier and happier life.

How should I plan for the workshops?
Download the free app Zoom to your phone, laptop, computer, or tablet. Create a free account prior to the workshop. Make yourself some tea or pour yourself a glass of wine to enjoy during the session.
How long are the weekly sessions?
What if I can’t make it to one of the workshops?
That’s ok! A recording of the workshop will be emailed to you along with the materials.
What do I receive with the sessions?
With this Confidence Bootcamp, you will receive tactical weekly workshops to increase your confidence and coaching from a former social anxiety sufferer turned self-esteem warrior. You will also be given access to a private Facebook group that is only for women in the Bootcamp.
Do I need to have a notebook and pen to take notes?
Yes. You will receive printable workshops that you can print or choose to write in a notebook.
Can I purchase a ticket as a gift for my friend or mature daughter?
Absolutely. Confidence is the best gift to give!
