Lauren Kubat is a Personal Growth Coach, Fitness Enthusiast, and host of the podcast “Become Your Vision.” Lauren supports women who experience constant self-doubt and a dreaded fear of stepping outside of their comfort zone because she used to be the same way. She struggled with poor self-esteem, weight gain, social anxiety as well as loneliness for years. Lauren now uses mindset and movement to help other women change their inner dialogue and enhance their confidence so they can build a deeper connection and understanding with themselves and others leading to a healthier and happier life.
